Okay, so they weren’t the worst plugs in the industry?  It was the second worst wig in the industry!?  Now, of course I’m not buying that this is anything other than a well-planned publicity stunt to generate interest in the next season of Family Jewels.  Gene is, arguably, one of the greatest marketeers in the Rock and Roll business … if he really didn’t want people to see these photos, he never would have gone out sans toupe, and certainly never would have let that potographer leave the scene without a telephoto lens inserted into a very uncomfortable place if this hadn’t been planned.

Problem being, he looks much cooler bald, and I’ve been making fun of his hair since the first farewell tour (well, aside from that horrid look he had during the Elder era).  If he really has been bald all that time, he probably shouldn’t have waited this long to come out.
