So … I get a voicemail from a recuriter about a “Jr. Programmer” position … I ignore it … then an hour later I get an email from the same recruiter about the same position. Rather than be sarcastic, but wanting to alert her that maybe she should read the Careerbuilder profiles before harvesting a bunch of ill will towards her company from half of the Indianapolis IT community that she has no doubt spammed, I simply fire her back a copy of my resume and explain that being at this for over 20 years, I’m probably overqualified for a JR/entry level position. She then calls me a second time and asks my salaray expectations and availability for an interview. When I tell her I’m already happily employed and give her my present salary, SHE proceeds to chew me up one side and down the other for “wasting her time.”

You know, natural resources and public services are scarce … do we have to share them with dead weight?
