a) Still too slow to even watch YouTube on after a week of calls and fiddling technicians.
b) About $50 a month MORE than my old bill, I’m not sure because the bill is so complex and has so many extra charges on it that they HAD TO SEND IT IN VIDEO FORM, I assume so they can explain in calm soothing tones how they weren’t REALLY lying or some such thing. I wouldn’t know, I CAN’T WATCH MY BILL!!! (See point a.)
